Why choose a beginner full-suspension electric mountain bike?

A hardtail mountain bike only has front suspension. It is lighter, often less expensive, and very efficient on rolling trails. A full-suspension bike adds a rear shock absorber: the bike then absorbs shocks transmitted by the rear wheel, especially over rocks, roots, and rough sections.
