🚲 1. What is the range of an electric bike?
The range depends on the model, the user's weight, the level of assistance, and the type of journey. Our bikes offer an average range of 50 to 90 km on a full charge.
⚡ 2. Is the motor powerful enough to climb hills?
Yes. Our bikes are equipped with powerful motors (250W or more) capable of effortlessly climbing urban inclines, even with a load or a child seat.
🔋 3. How long does it take to charge the battery?
A full charge generally takes between 3 and 5 hours on a standard 220V outlet.
💡 Please note : most of our models have a removable battery, except for 4 specific models where the battery is integrated into the frame. For these models, simply charge the bike directly from the outlet.
🧍 4. Which model is suitable for my size or use?
If you're unsure, our customer service will help you choose the ideal model based on your size, weight, and intended use (work, leisure, delivery, etc.).
🔐 5. What can I do to prevent theft?
We always recommend a quality anti-theft device (available on our website). Some models also include electronic locking systems or are GPS compatible.
🔧 6. What should I do in case of a breakdown?
Our Swiss-based after-sales service is available to help you. Depending on the situation, we offer remote assistance, spare parts, or repair by our local partners.

Our products are delivered within 5 to 12 business days across Switzerland.

🧾 8. Is there a warranty?
Yes. All our bikes and scooters are covered by a 2-year warranty (excluding wear parts). You also benefit from a 7-day return policy after receiving the product, according to our return conditions.

You can pay securely by credit card, Twint, or bank transfer.
🇨🇭 10. Are your products legal in Switzerland?
Yes, all our models comply with current Swiss standards. Bikes are limited to 25 km/h, do not require a license or license plate, and can be used on bike paths.
